Care Planning Appointment: $75
A 30-minute appointment that can be booked online. During this appointment, we will go over the Menopause Care Packages and which one would work best for you. We will discuss which labs to order and if you wish to pay for these separately or try to use your Insurance and PCP to gather them. I will just need to have the results prior to your Comprehensive Intake appointment based on which plan you decide to choose going forward. You will be given paperwork that will go thoroughly into your menopause symptoms and your past medical history. This paperwork will be needed for your Comprehensive Intake. At the end of the 30 minutes, we can schedule your Comprehensive Intake appointment and truly begin your path to getting back to feeling like yourself again.

Standard Plan: $350
For the woman who wants expert hormone care, visit by visit. No ongoing membership required.
• 60-minute Comprehensive Intake: full symptom history, health history, and a personalized hormone therapy plan, with prescriptions called into your pharmacy of choice. This is your time to be seen and heard and to truly explore the feeling of "I don't feel like myself." It lays the foundation for your menopause journey.
• Follow-up visits scheduled as needed and billed per visit, online or in person: 30 minutes $75, 15 minutes $40.
• At the 4-month mark, the $350 cycle starts new with another 60-minute appointment to manage symptoms and medications. Lab work may or may not be needed at this time.

Advanced Plan: $450
For the woman who wants ongoing, direct access to her provider.
• 60-minute Comprehensive Intake: full symptom history, health history, and a personalized hormone therapy plan, with prescriptions called into your pharmacy of choice. This is your time to be seen and heard and to truly explore the feeling of "I don't feel like myself." It lays the foundation for your menopause journey.
• Monthly membership, $100: direct messaging access to me between visits for questions about symptom changes, side effects, pharmacy concerns, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.
• Discounted follow-up visits, online or in person: 30 minutes $50, 15 minutes $25.
• At the 4-month mark, the $450 cycle starts new with another 60-minute appointment to manage symptoms and medications. Lab work may or may not be needed at this time.

A Note on Cash-Pay Care
Bespoke Menopause and Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance or Medicare. This is a deliberate choice that keeps every visit focused on your health rather than prior authorizations and billing codes. Cash-pay pricing lets you see upfront exactly what your care costs. If you have an HSA or FSA, many of these services may be eligible for reimbursement; please check with your plan administrator.

Hormone therapy is one of the most researched treatments in women's health, and current guidance from The Menopause Society supports its use, for most healthy women, as a safe and effective option for menopause symptoms when started at the appropriate time and individualized to each patient's health history. Important Compliance Notice (Updated July 2026)
The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee met July 23-24, 2026 to review these exact seven peptides for the 503A Bulks List. Per current reporting, FDA staff entered the meeting recommending AGAINST adding all seven, citing insufficient human clinical evidence of safety and efficacy. This is not yet a final agency decision. None of the peptides listed above are currently confirmed legal to compound or prescribe pending the FDA's final rule. No claims of safety or effectiveness are made for these peptides given the lack of clinical evidence cited by the FDA. This section will be reviewed and updated promptly once the FDA's final determination is published.

NP-Administered vs. Self-Administered
GLP-1 therapy can be given as an in-office injection administered by your nurse practitioner, or, once you're established in your treatment plan, as a self-administered injection you give at home following hands-on training. Your provider will help determine which option fits your comfort level, goals, and lifestyle.
